President - The National Homeowners Advocate Group
Texas – © 2009 - Back in February, I decided to write a personal and informational letter to the President of the United States, Barack Obama. I sent the following letter because I felt it was time that the homeowner advocate community contacted a President of the United States about our problems with our neighborhood homeowner/property owner associations. It is time to make it known in Washington by filing an official complaint.
The climate of the homeowner association foreclosure problem in the world is basically unknown. Here in the United States, there is a problem mainly in four (4) states: Texas, Florida, Arizona and California.
Every other year since 1993, someone in the Jones' family has traveled to Austin, Texas to testify before the legislative committees to support various homeowner property bills. Since the formation of the advocate groups by the Jones' family, they have been joined by other advocates across the state of Texas in Austin.
